The year 2024 presented both challenges and opportunities for the semiconductor industry. AI applications flourished, while the traditional process segment remained in a consolidation phase. In the midst of this polarized market environment, the Company chose to return to fundamentals—continuously improving process technology and quality management to respond steadily to fluctuations. Through the concerted efforts of our professional and dedicated team, we achieved consolidated revenue of NT$8.721 billion, laying a solid foundation for future growth.
Comprehensive quality enhancement not only strengthens product reliability and market competitiveness but also directly contributes to positive environmental impacts. Every improvement in yield means less energy and water waste, lower carbon emissions, and reduced process waste.
We continue to invest in advanced equipment and process optimization, so that carbon reduction, energy saving, and circular reuse are no longer just secondary indicators, but natural results stemming from our core manufacturing strength.
Externally, we understand that only by providing stable and high-quality products and services can we earn the long-term trust of global customers. Wafer Works continues to reinforce cooperation with top-tier clients and Works Corporation promotes a Supplier Code of Conduct to encourage the entire supply chain to implement sustainable practices. Over the past year, we received multiple sustainability awards and certifications, including the Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Award (TCSA) and an RBA Silver Rating—testaments to our commitment to "delivering sustainability through quality."
We also believe that a culture of quality should extend beyond the production line and products to daily life and human relationships.
