- Wafer Works (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. merged Wafer Works Epitaxial Corporation and Wafer Works (Yangzhou) Corporation
- Wafer Works (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. signed strategic collaboration agreement with Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone to construct a silicon wafer factory, “Wafer Works (Zhengzhou) Corporation”.
