Editorial Principles
This report is the 11th sustainability report of Wafer Works Corporation (hereinafter as Wafer Works or the Company). The content structure of this report is based on the GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards (GRI Standards) issued by the Global Sustainability Standards Board (GSSB). It also references the four major principles of the AA1000 AccountAbility Principles (AA1000 AP): Materiality, Inclusivity, Responsiveness, and
Impact. Considering climate change and investor disclosure requirements, since 2022, the report has included disclosures based on the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). The aim is to cover as comprehensively as possible the major issues of concern to stakeholders and to demonstrate the Company's sustainability efforts in its operations. This report and the results of the material topics identified have been reviewed by the Wafer Works Sustainable Development Committee, with the report subject to approval by the Chairman before publication. For details on the GRI Standards indicators and the SASB index used in this report, please refer to the appendix.
