Subject: WAFERWORKS Management Regulation Tighten for COVID-19
In light of COVID-19 cases continue to grow, WAFERWORKS Epidemic Preventive Committee will tighten regulations to enter WAFERWORKS as follows:
1. All personnel entering WAFERWORKS should measure ear temperature at entrance.
2. For those who have fever (≧38℃) in the last 24 hours are prohibited from entering WAFERWORKS. Please inform Wellness Center for further assistance if fever happens after entering WAFERWORKS areas.
3. For those who meets the following criteria are required to quarantine at home for 14 days, and can only be admitted afterwards without respiratory symptoms or fever (ear temperature <37.5℃. Those who had been to:
a. China, or Macao/Hong Kong (transfer flights included after Feb. 10)
b. Singapore (after Feb. 11, transfer excluded)
c. Japan, and Korea (after Feb. 20, transfer excluded)
d. The person who had contact with confirmed cases identified by CDC in the last 14 days.
4. For those who had contact with anyone that have travelled to China, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore after Feb. 11, Japan after Feb.20 and Korea after Feb.20 without respiratory symptoms or fever (<37.5℃) are admitted to enter WAFERWORKS and should wear a mask at all time. Those with fever (≧37.5℃) are prohibited from entering WAFERWORKS.
5. Please complete health declaration, update on changes are required if necessary.
■ For contractors/vendors holding the work IDs, you must complete health declaration before making entry reservation.
